High hygiene standards for your safety
Hygiene in our house has always been given a lot of attention. Also during this time
we take this issue very seriously because it is very important for the protection of our guests and our employees.
- For this reason, all public areas and all surfaces are cleaned daily and several times a day after
a plan cleaned and disinfected. - Your personal area is, of course, your room. The room cleaning is carried out by our trained staff according to the strictest conditions. During this time, the rooms are no longer allocated to the next guest on the same day – we take extra time for this highly sensitive area, so the entire area is disinfected or the sanitary area is cleaned with a powerful steam cleaner at high temperatures (the virus bacteria die at 60 degrees).
- If you have forgotten your mask – we have also taken care of it
- Upon entering the breakfast room, you will be escorted to your seat by our employee.
- Our service staff also wear mouth and nose protection and wash their hands at regular intervals.
